Diana's Favorite Chicken Marinade

Diana's Chicken Marinade

1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of water
3 garlic cloves chopped
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
2 teaspoons of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Blend together in food processor or whisk in a bowl. Place boneless chicken breasts in large storage bag and pour in marinade. Let marinade for 3 to 4 hours. Remove from marinade and grill.

This makes enough marinade for 3 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
